How it works

From Address to Permit-Ready

Five steps, no site visit, and nothing starts until you approve the price. Here’s what you do and what we do at each one.

How it works

From Address to Permit-Ready in 3 Steps

You send the basics, we confirm what your permit office asks for, and you get drawings ready to submit. No site visit needed.

  1. Step 1

    Send Your Address and Project

Use the quote form or WhatsApp. Add a survey, sketch or photos if you have them; they help but aren’t required.

  2. Step 2

    Get Your Price and Turnaround

We check what your city or county asks for, then reply with the drawings needed, a price and a turnaround. You approve before we start.

  3. Step 3

    Receive Permit-Ready Drawings

We draft to scale and send PDFs ready to submit. If the permit office asks for changes, we revise the drawings.

Start With Step 1 Chat on WhatsApp

Two fields to start: your address and the service you need.

Step by step

What Happens at Each Step

From the first message to the permit office, here’s exactly who does what. No site visit at any stage.

  1. 01

    Send your address and project

Use the quote form, WhatsApp or email. Tell us what you’re building and attach anything you have: a survey, a sketch, photos or the county checklist.

    • You: two minutes and an address
    • Us: we read everything you send
  2. 02

    We check your county

We look up your zoning, setbacks and the permit office’s checklist, and work out which drawings the permit needs. If part of the job needs a licensed surveyor or architect, we tell you now.

    • You: nothing, unless we have a question
    • Us: requirements checked before we quote
  3. 03

    You approve the quote

You get the drawings needed, the price and the turnaround in writing. Ask questions or change the scope. Nothing starts until you approve.

    • You: approve, or ask for changes
    • Us: nothing starts without your OK
  4. 04

    We draft and check

Your drawings are drafted to scale from parcel records, aerial imagery and your documents, then checked against what plan reviewers look for. Plans that need a seal go to our licensed engineer partner.

    • You: answer any questions
    • Us: drafting, checking, engineer review
  5. 05

    You submit to the county

You receive PDF files ready to print or upload to your permit portal. If the reviewer sends comments, send them to us and we revise the drawings.

    • You: upload and submit
    • Us: help with any reviewer comments

Do you need to visit my property?

No. We work from your address, county parcel records, aerial imagery, and any survey, plans or photos you send.

What if I don’t know which drawings I need?

That’s normal. Tell us what you’re building and we check what your county asks for before quoting.

When do I pay?

Your quote explains payment. Nothing starts until you approve the quote.

What if the county asks for changes?

Send us the reviewer’s comments. We revise the drawings to answer each one so you can resubmit.
