Commercial permit FAQ
Commercial Permit Questions
Short answers to what people ask before ordering. Ask anything else in your quote request.
Get Price QuoteWhat does a commercial site plan show?
The building, parking and accessible spaces, drive aisles, landscaping, and distances to the property lines, plus a data table for the zoning reviewer.
How many parking spaces do I need?
It depends on the use and size, set by your zoning code. We calculate and show required versus provided.
Do I need a civil engineer?
For grading, stormwater and utilities on larger sites, usually yes. We tell you in the quote when a project needs one.
Can you help with a change of use?
Yes. A change of use often needs an updated site plan and floor plan showing parking and layout for the new use.
